Besides beeing a President of Bouchard et Cie SA is also Managing Director and CEO of Carlson Private Equity Limited form London. Till 2011 he was the President of Carlson Capital Partners from Warsaw. Artur was also the President of the investment firm Gaudi Mangement S.A. and the independent adviser of Societe Generale Private Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. Previously, he has been working with BRE Corporate Finance SA (BRE BANK S.A. subsidiary of COMMERZBANK AG) as the Director of M&A, Before that, he worked for Netia Telekom (Nasdaq) as the Business Analyses Director, he was the Member of Investment Committee & Budget Officer. In years 1996-2001 he worked with BRE Corporate Finance SA as the Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager, he was responsible for M&A transactions and company restructuring. In years 1994-1996 he worked with insurance company Commercial Union Life Insurance Company SA (AVIVA plc.), as the Management Accountant in Finance Department, Till 1994 he worked with Bank Pekao SA (Unicredit Bank) as Credit Officer in Department of Credits and Guaranties. Artur is also the Managing Director of Carlson Ventures International. Artur Piotr Jedrzejewski graduated from The University of Minnesota – Master of Business Administration.
He also graduated from The Warsaw School of Economics (PhD Studies in Economics – Insurance & Pension Funds Program), The Warsaw School of Economics (MA – Finance and Banking), The Academy of Finance (BA – Finance & Banking).

Piotr is the Private Banker with more then 20 years of experience.
Piotr joined Bouchard et Cie in early 2014. Before Piotr was in several private banks and welath management comapnies from which main are: from 2009 till 2011 BSI Zurich, Position : Vice President, Eastern European Team, Market area: Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, from 2007 – 2009 Société Générale Private Banking Suisse (Zurich) Position: Vice President in charge for the development of Private Banking market in Poland, 2006-2007 ING Private Banking Switzerland (Zurich), Relationship Manager. Since 1999 – 2006 Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe (Luxembourg) Independent Commercial Advisor, Development of HNWI private banking clients’ portfolio, for Private Banking Department.Development of business opportunities in Poland for institutional department. Lukasz Marczuk, MA Executive Partner,
Lukasz Marczuk is involved in investment management advisory for Bouchard et Cie from 2010, he has also been working at Carlson Capital Partners since 2004 and now he is a President of the Management Board. He specializes in M&A, investments and valuation of businesses. For Carlson Capital Partners, he has been very successful leading projects regarding fusions, mergers and the acquiring of finances. As an employee, he has also taken part in a number of projects concerning the construction, telecommunication, chemical, automotive, metallurgical, aviation and comestible branches.
Lukasz began his professional career at the BRE Bank SA in Warsaw in the Financial Investment and Financial Institution Departments, where he dealt with preparing financial analyses and reports for the Board and GINB. He also worked for the Minister’s Office in the Ministry of Treasury for the Republic of Poland, where he participated in projects considering audits of budgetary units.
Lukasz is an alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics where he studied Finance and Banking, and Foreign Relations.
He has a comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of finance, financial and management accounting. He speaks Polish, Russian and English fluently.
